Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders may require additional time.
2. Shipping Origin
All orders are dispatched from Chennai, India. Risk transfers to the buyer once handed to the carrier.
3. Delivery Time
- USA & Canada: 3–6 weeks
- Europe & Australia: 4–7 weeks
- Other Regions: 3–5 weeks
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or logistics delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs depend on order size, weight, and destination. Charges will be shared during order confirmation.
5. Duties & Taxes
The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
6. Tracking
Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped.
7. Damages & Loss
Report damages within 48 hours. Claims for lost shipments must be raised within 30 days.
